It's kind of a "duh" statement. We know an interventionist god is not real / not possible, by the evidence. When people say you "can't disprove God" this is hogwash when applied to the very well defined Abrahamic God. While some non-involved Deist type god could exist, why would anyone care? i know some guys like that and to me they actually do seem to come across as "girly guys" as they do not forget the past, get moody, and bring up things that are definitely over with. The best thing to do in your situation is to still be nice to him (cause it just isn't really good to be mean or ignore someone) but give him his space. only talk to him when he talks to you first. That way, if he really wants to talk to you he hopefully won't be so rude. But if he is rude or does call you a b**** again let him know that you really don't appreciate it. If he gets mad at you then just calmly say that either he can talk to you nicely, respect you, and treat you like a friend OR he doesn't talk to you at all. That way you are giving him a limited choice. If he then continues to be rude that is when you need to tell him that you aren't going to take being treated horribly anymore and that if he wants to be friends then he will have to start acting better. After all that if he still doesn't get it then he really IS NOT a true friend and it isn't a healthy friendship so you will need to get out of it. as for when he slags your friend or friends, next time just tell him that they are his friends and either he can choose to stay your friend and just leave your friends alone or he can loose you as a friend. If he continues to slag your friend then just tell him that he isn't being a good friend and that you just can't be his friend anymore if he can't treat others nicer. Then even if he continues after that just have you and all your friends ignore his rude comments. and if some are comments he made on facebook, just delete the comments. When do babies grow out of reflexes?

My daughter is 3 months old and when I lay her down to change her diaper or just for us to play on the floor, she still flings her arms and legs out and her face gets beat red, after about 3-5 seconds of this she starts crying hysterically. Hey, i never heard of that maybe its something else like hairspray or stress. You might not listen to me, but me and alot of girls i knew took that b/c pill and we all gained 10 pounds and broke out with lots of pimples around our chin and mouth area. Those pimples are due to hormone changes, and pimples on your forhead and cheeks are due to sweat/ dirty face/ etc. As soon as i went off that pill i dropped my weight and my face cleared up so quick. switch b.c. pills :( or just find out for your self. But that rash on your forehead doesnt sound normal... stop the pills youll be okay.

New Camera - What to get?

The Panasonic Lumix DMC-Z23 10 MP with 12X Wide Angle Zoom is a true performer. This was the 3rd camera under $350 we have purchased in the last year trying to replace an older digital camera that we had been very happy with. After 2 expensive disapointments we were hesitant to try again but very happy with the result. Heading out for a family vacation we wanted an easy to use camera. Battery life far exceeded expectation. Vibrant color. Took over 3,000 pictures in one week with only 2 that were fuzzy and were operator error. The camera is a bit heavy compared to many small ones these days, but easily carried in a pants pocket or purse. The camera body fits easily in one hand. This camera dosn't require 2 hands to take great pictures. The movie mode is awesome as well and fills our need for any video capability we would need. The view finder screen is large, crisp and clear. We bought a 16 gig cl 6 card to go with it. Popped the card (with 3,000 pictures on it) into our Panasonic DVD-VHS digital recorder-player and enjoyed automatic turning of the pictures and a great recap our our family fall vacation. Why does my mom treat me like im such a horrible child?!!?

I honestly think im a good child. i stay out of drugs and drinking. im not a crazy girl. i stick to my morals. i have a full tuition scholarship for college. 4.0 student. im 18 almost 19 with a curfew of 10:30! im not allowed to go to clubs. im not allowed to hang out with guys. i cant talk on the phone after 10(even if im paying for it!) i have to ask for permission every where i go and sometimes she doesnt let me go! i have a part time job and i HAVE to give her 100 dollars out of every pay check! when i try talking to her and telling her that i need that money because i dont really earn much she gets REALLY angry with me and tells me that im so ungreatful and selfish and that i have no choice because she's my ride and that if i dont give her money she is not going to drive me to school or work. Is this just a viral infection?

I started to get sick Monday, with a fever, blood in urine, and vomiting. I only threw up once but the other symptoms continued for two days. Thursday and Friday I still had blood in my urine but no fever. I also started to get a really bad cough, sometimes I cough up phlegm. Friday and today (Saturday) I haven't had a voice. It's coming back a little but I'm trying to talk as little as I can. Also today I have a runny nose and yellow snot. Is this just an infection? Will it go away soon? I went to the doctor Wednesday and she said it was but that was before I lost my voice and the nasal congestion.

Okay, I got arrested back in oct. I am going to court april 30 with the two people who got arrested with me, when i went for my plea a week ago, me and the one girl got our felony charge dropped and just have misdemeanors and the guy still has the felony charge. The prosecutor told me and the girl if the guy takes a plea bargain all of our charges will be dropped, but i dont know if ill be on a stand or what while im there. So what should i wear? How do I remove a laminate countertop backsplash?

Grouted ceramic tiles are above the backsplash. I don't want to damage the tiles as they are no longer available. Looking under counters, I do not see any indication that the backsplash is screwed to the current top. There seems to be adhesive between the existing countertop and the backsplash.

I had IUD removed in late May. Had some very light spotting about a week later, but then nothing. My doctor had told me it would take several months before cycle returned to normal and chances of conceiving were unlikely until then. He was way wrong. I found out several weeks ago that I was 9 weeks pregnant. I had the same symptoms you described and also felt like it was just my period about to start. I would give it another week and then try another birth control test if there is still no sign of aunt flow. The odds that a test would show negative when you are in fact preggo are slim unless taken too early. If you are pregnant, then it is just barely and you are still catching it way early.

I'm from New York City which isn't an easy place to live in but I feel it's much more planted in reality than other places in the U.S. .. I've left the country many times before but for the first time I left to a mid western state and was almost floored by what I saw. It was honestly the most surreal thing I'd ever seen in my life.. huge walmarts the size of schools, houses that looked like something out of a sitcom, fast food EVERYWHERE, but at the same time a weird feeling in the air of 'everything being ok' , I imagining thats what 'feeling american' is like (most new yorkers don't indentify with that at ALL) Then I went to super church ... !! I feel wronged and hurt by this man and now his girlfriend has joined in to both mistreat me. Ok, so we have an Isuzu Rodeo with around 270K miles (more or less), it had a wreck in mexico and a bunch of stuff they didn't fix, for example, they took the black can that's like for the fuel vapor and air and that's how we brought it back over here to the states, ok so like 1yr, to 1 1/2 yrs later,we finally put that black can on again and the fuel pressure regulator started to leak gasoline, and the mpg was still pretty good, now that it has been changed and the canister has been installed, the mpg went down to like 11, on a full tank of gasoline, we do not even get 300 miles to the tank!!! please help!

As a person who personally lost weight, the first thing you need to do is control your eating. Im sorry I didnt really read you eating plans (so I don't know if you are doing what Im about to say) but you really need to eat 4-5 small meals a day. Its imperative you eat breakfast so you won't be extremely hungry the rest of the day. You must measure out how many calories you are taking in. If you can, I would try to get a BMI measurement from a doctor/nutrionist if you can. This is what bothers me a lot too and I’ve tried figuring out why WWE does this. Seems like Wwe is very picky on who they want as their main eventers and who they want to push. They’ve pushed tons of wrestlers and de-pushed them. I think it’s because usually all the wrestlers they push lack the “it” factor. Ever since John Cena not a single young newcomer in WWE has been capable of a main event push. Mr.Kennedy looked like he would be a main eventer but was released for reasons I’m still not 100%sure of. They drop the ball a lot with the guys they try to push. A lot of guys that they pushed left WWE, like Bobby Lashley, Brock Lesnar, Booker T and Kurt Angle. I think they want to make sure they push someone who will stay with them and that’s why they hesitate when pushing new stars. They try pushing a lot of guys who aren’t over with the fans and push them for different reasons instead. Like Sheamus he wasn’t over with the crowd yet won the Wwe championship because he is friends with Triple H. Honestly I think the same thing that happened to Bobby Lashley will happen to Sheamus his push stopped and he got released (although Bobby was released because of personal problems and technically his push never stopped he got injured during his push and never returned. ) Shelton Benjamin is a guy who Wwe has tried pushing hundreds of times and I believe the only reason WWE has kept him is because he has extra ordinary athletic abilities that WWE doesn’t want to lose. Back to the “it” factor all these guys WWE is trying to push aren’t exactly over with the crowd. They get pushes because of other reasons, like Ted is the son of the million dollar man Ted Sr. WWE has to push someone because they can get well over with the crowd. CM Punk was one wrestlers that was strictly only pushed because he became so popular with the fans, but I’m not sure what lies in is future right now. I don’t get Jack Swagger’s case though he got a good amount of heat when he was getting pushed but WWE still gave up on him. I think WWE just didn’t book him properly. If they thought he was a future main eventer why didn’t they take a risk and give him the WWE championship like they did with Sheamus? If Swagger was in Sheamus’ spot right now I can easily see him getting well over. Jack was never booked good ever since he went to Raw. He constantly won matches against jobbers like Primo that did nothing for him. They should’ve booked him better and not make him look so weak losing to yoshi Tatsu and Evan Bourne. Swagger has the size and look of a champion I don’t get why he isn’t main event material. Batista doesn’t have mic skills or personality but he gets a push, why doesn’t Swagger get one?

What are my options to a dealership signing my name and notarizing a car title without me knowing ?

My ex traded in a car and the salesman told her she didn't need my cooperation since we are divorced to sign the title. We're using a HP LaserJet 3005x with two trays, one with regular paper and the other with Label Stock. The Label Stock seems to get stuck after about 5-8 printouts. The pages are very hot, so I'm wondering if the adhesive is somehow affecting the way it is printing out. Does anyone know if this could be the case, the regular paper doesn't have this problem. I switched trays as well as ensured the rollers are not damaged. Also, this is a out of the box printer so its brand new, unless some parts were defective or this model can't handled high volumes of the labels, I think it must be something physical.

About a month ago I bought a sippy cup with bright colors, adjustable handles, and a vent system. I've given it to my now 7-month-old daughter at least once a day since then, but she just thinks it's a toy. I have been able to get her to put the spout in her mouth, but she just makes a funny face ("Are you kidding me?! This isn't a bottle!!"). 2005 beetle top is constantly confused...under warranty but VW is stumped too?

Our 2005 beetle had a top problem last week where it wouldn't go back up. The top wouldn't pull down and secure completely to complete the cycle. VW replaced some sensors and it will now go down but sometimes we have to roll windows up, down, up and sit for like 5 mins to get the top to seat down where the motor clicks to keep the alarm from chiming. Then it's fine. I've done all the obvious and it's driving us nuts. Summary: The top won't complete the "down" cycle and won't let it go back up until it does. Any ideas ?

So i've had the IUD for about 7 months. It made my period a little heavier than usual and changed from every 29 days to every 33 days, but have still be regular. Well this month i started to cramp and spot on Sunday night. When I woke up mondy the spotting stopped, as did the normal cramping. Now it's Wednesday and still nothing. With my past two pregnancies I didn't have any bleeding or spotting when i missed my period, and the only time i've ever missed, or have ever been late was when I was pregnant, so needless to say I'm a little nervous. After completing the mission: Take It Back, where you have to start the purifier, Jericho disappeared. I chose to go in to start the purifier, and then when I woke up at the citadel because I have the Broken Steel add on pack, I went to Megaton to look for him and he was no where to be found. Since I couldn't find him, I tried to retrace my steps back to the purifier, but with no luck. After a few hours I gave up and decided to complete the Anchorage mission, and when I came back I went to Underworld to get Charon since I couldn't find my other companion. Now he says that he can't join me because I already have someone in my employ. So I'm uming Jericho is still alive, but I just can't find him and it's driving me crazy. Has this happened to anyone else? Where can I find him?

I work at a petstore and I had a 7-week old short-hair hamster attacked on my watch by some gerbils. I ended up buying the hamster because I felt responsible, but he has a cut on his front left toe -has no problem walking on it- a cut on his tail, -but he's not bothered when you touch it- and two body cuts: one on his left shoulder and the other down by his feet, on his thigh area. Is saline cleaning the wounds with a q-tip enough home treatment or is there something else I should do? I haven't started any treatments. I use to buy a bag of them and sell them at school to get extra money for myself too. think about it this way. If one bag cost you .99 and it had 15 lollipops that you sell for a quarter each you more than double your profit by make $3.75 per bag. If you measure your proposed range you will most likely find that it is nearer 50 than 70. For that kind of range you need a ,22 lr, with a good silencer. Get a good one, the best you can afford; junk always costs more in the long run. You can shoot shorts in it too if you want less danger zone.
