Why does everyone want Chicharito to start?

He hasn't proven **** and hasn't performed against good teams. As far as the team goes I say Vela, Chicharito, Aguilar, Conejo, Juarez, Barrera should remain on the bench as long as possible. Vela, Barrera and Chicharito are too indecisive/cant finish, Conejo comes out too much, and Juarez pisses me off.
