Is this just a viral infection?

I started to get sick Monday, with a fever, blood in urine, and vomiting. I only threw up once but the other symptoms continued for two days. Thursday and Friday I still had blood in my urine but no fever. I also started to get a really bad cough, sometimes I cough up phlegm. Friday and today (Saturday) I haven't had a voice. It's coming back a little but I'm trying to talk as little as I can. Also today I have a runny nose and yellow snot. Is this just an infection? Will it go away soon? I went to the doctor Wednesday and she said it was but that was before I lost my voice and the nasal congestion.
