What is the best revenge to get on somebody with there phone number?

This stupid meth head broke into my car and stole some stuff, I just acquired his number and wanted to make his life hell. I would love to find out where he lives but i just got the number. I was thinking about putting it in a bunch of gay personals. Do you guys have any other ideas?
