I cant decide wht tires should i get help!?

ok today i plan on getting some new tires and i cant decide should i get off road tires or should i get performance tires? they are for an 02 durango slt+ 4x4 with 16inch rims. in the winter when we get snow i love to go down to an park and do some burnouts and doughnuts in the snow and also the huge amount of tread will lift her about an inch which isnt much but helpful! but i also like to race and the off road tires give a lil worse times but the performance tires will help. the thing is i love the mean look of the off road tires.But wont the off road tires kinda give an worse ride quality? and i plan on getting like new 18 or 20 inch rims in an couple yrs after i get my camaro fixed and other several things but i just dont wanna get rid of tires with still lots of tread WHAT SHOULD I DO! my durango is patriot blue with luxury silver trim and is in MINT condition and is always shiny. plz help me here!
