Cheaper way to do gas pipe connection?

Converting an Electric cooker to run on gas is not an easy job, and has to be done by a gas engineer. Gas jets have to be sized exactly right according to the type of burners you install because not all gas jets are the same. if the wrong type are fited, then the gas flame can be overged and the flame on the burner will be about 2 inches above the gas ring. The amount of gas that gets to the burner has to be calculated by a specialist. Again, how will you get a gas pipe fitted to the cooker? All in all, you would be better off spending the money on a new gas cooker. In convering to gas from electric, there are so many things to calculate and adapt for, such as the oven burner, that it is cheaper to buy a new gas stove, and have it connected.
