I would like a spell to make it snow more or to keep the weather cold?

i live in an area were snow is just a matter of fact. its going to happen and when it does its beautiful. Well we are expecting snow tonight but not much before it turns to rain (which makes no seance because it was 13 degrees today but its supposed to be 50 tomorrow, sounds like something right of of Macbeth) i want to get out of school tomorrow. i really need a break and i know most of my friends do to. i spend all of my weekends helping my gram and cousins and so i never get a break from this stress but a snow day would be just delightful. not to mention i go to a Catholic school and seniors have confessions tomorrow. i'm not openly Wicca to the school because my family is catholic and if i suddenly profess i'm not i would have to pay double the tuition. so all i want is a spell to keep the weather cold at least until tomorrow is over or to make the snow last until about 10 am. please help.
