Cheesecake: followed recipe and overn timings, but the cheesecake wobbles alot as if it is still very liquid?

It shouldn't be completely set when you remove it. It will still jiggle a little. If there are small cracks anywhere in the edges its probably finished. The key with cheesecake is that you cool it completely before cutting, it finishes setting as it cools, baking it too long makes it dry.
