Had Mirena IUD removed on CD 9, now i'm on CD 30 with no sign of period...?

I had IUD removed in late May. Had some very light spotting about a week later, but then nothing. My doctor had told me it would take several months before cycle returned to normal and chances of conceiving were unlikely until then. He was way wrong. I found out several weeks ago that I was 9 weeks pregnant. I had the same symptoms you described and also felt like it was just my period about to start. I would give it another week and then try another birth control test if there is still no sign of aunt flow. The odds that a test would show negative when you are in fact preggo are slim unless taken too early. If you are pregnant, then it is just barely and you are still catching it way early.
