I need some real Technical insight?

We're using a HP LaserJet 3005x with two trays, one with regular paper and the other with Label Stock. The Label Stock seems to get stuck after about 5-8 printouts. The pages are very hot, so I'm wondering if the adhesive is somehow affecting the way it is printing out. Does anyone know if this could be the case, the regular paper doesn't have this problem. I switched trays as well as ensured the rollers are not damaged. Also, this is a out of the box printer so its brand new, unless some parts were defective or this model can't handled high volumes of the labels, I think it must be something physical.
