Birth control and a broken condom?

I've been on birth control for a while -- 2 or 3 years now. Last night my boyfriend and I had , and while he was taking it off, he noticed the condom had ripped on the side. I'm in the week before my white pills... should I be ok? Should I take Plan B? I'm really nervous, but I've been told not to be, due to the fact that I do take birth control. I've never actually missed it, but I have missed the 9pm time and have had to take it at 7am the next day because I remembered. Please give some advice/help/words of relaxation... *sigh*
