How can i lose weight or size m?

Wow you wrote a lot so i only skimmed some of it. 98-100kgs is not 147-150. Its 215.6-220 which can be a lot for a person. As a person who personally lost weight, the first thing you need to do is control your eating. Im sorry I didnt really read you eating plans (so I don't know if you are doing what Im about to say) but you really need to eat 4-5 small meals a day. Its imperative you eat breakfast so you won't be extremely hungry the rest of the day. You must measure out how many calories you are taking in. If you can, I would try to get a BMI measurement from a doctor/nutrionist if you can. Exercising is very important too so make sure you're active everyday (try walking to places instead of driving, Go running for 30 mins+ in the morn everyday. if you have weights, do some weight training) This is just a brief example of what you should do.
