Do you think you should be tested before you can vote?

Some of the answers on this board are completely moronic...ie Sara Palin is a d----che bag or Obama is an as....le. If this is the mentality of the voters then maybe we should be tested before we can vote. I mean for God's sake can half of you even spell. What are you all in third grade?
