Swollen labia minora and oris.?

A few days ago me and my boyfriend had rough for a long period of time, the next day i begain to notice swelling by my labia. The next day we again had and it was pretty painful at first. After i was in lots of pain and my started to swell along with increase swelling by the labia minora. Its now been three days and by oris is staring to itch. I know this can happen if you don't have enough lubricant but we don't really need to use it because i become very wet during . What could the cause this?
