What are my options to a dealership signing my name and notarizing a car title without me knowing ?

My ex traded in a car and the salesman told her she didn't need my cooperation since we are divorced to sign the title. My name then somehow was signed to it and the dealership acknowledged to notarizing it when I was not present. I have spoken with the sales manager and his response is that it isn't a big deal.
