Not likely as long as you have millions of people uninsured, and millions of others who are insured, but don't want to see a doctor lest their health insurance premiums go up. As long as insurance companies limit the amount of care they will pay for to keep their bottom line swollen, there will be a disparity between wealthy and poor in terms of longevity, as well as a disparity between the US and most other industrialized countries.
