Can you get pregnant while experiencing breakthrough bleeding?

This is my second month and second week taking the pill and I'm having break through bleeding for the first time. I haven't missed any pills and I've been almost completely faithful with taking it at the same time everyday. If I decide to have , could I get pregnant? =/
