Wow 4.0 elemental shaman question?

Ive been playing a shaman because i figured 4.0 would bring them back to their former glory. Im enhancement and level 55, but it looks like elemental is going to be the better spec so i want to try elemental although i dont understand how elemental can keep its mana up. enhancement has talents that greatly reduce the cost of abilities and recover mana per swing. elemental doesnt seem to have anything. if i switch to ele at lvl 55 am i going to be running oom constantly ?? thanks
