Supplements are a waste of time and money. If you want to get bigger and stronger, develop a good diet that includes lots of protein and healthy food. Protein powder is the only thing I have ever or would ever buy as a aid to gaining muscle (I wouldn't really consider that a supplement though). I have never taken any supplements in my life, and I consider myself in pretty darn good shape as I can bench almost 100 pounds more than my weight and squat more than double my weight and I've never used any kinds of supplements.
