What are the best-cheapest- ideas for centerpieces in a wedding?

I am on a very tight budget. We were planning to get married a long time ago- but then... oops( here comes the baby:))! And babys cost a lot of money:)!!!!! So, as I said ,we are on a tight budget- but I refuse to go to the courthouse. I may be spoiled, but like any little girl- I want my dream wedding(even if plans got a little reverse)!. SOOO we gotta keep it cheap but elegant! so any creative ideas -girls? I do have a lot of little minnie whicker baskets! But not sure what I could do with those. Help me please!!!!
